HRM713 Compensation Packages

This course deals with all aspects of compensation involving direct financial compensation, employee benefits, and non-financial rewards. The course stresses on the importance of developing a reward system that is strategically aligned with organizational objectives, while  ensuring  employee motivation for high performance. Major discussion areas involve administering and building a pay system, pay equity, customizing employee benefit plans, and building a rewarding job environment.
