Our emotional states are often an interaction between ourselves and our environment, and as our current environment is uncertain and unpredictable, this can hinder our well-being. The ability to regulate our emotions is key to better navigate our circumstances and maintain our internal emotional stability. The workshop objectives are:
1. Assessing emotion regulation skills
2. Learning strategies to manage emotions in ourselves
3. Learning strategies to manage emotions in others
4. Applying emotion regulation strategies in the face of adversity
