Resilience is the ability to bounce back after hardship or challenge.  People with low resilience are more prone to mental health issues likes anxiety and depression. This workshop will teach students:

  1. How to develop strategies to face challenges
  2. How to protect themselves from overwhelming situations
  3. How to keep balance in their life
