MGT438 Leadership Skills

A one credit workshop based on a fifteen-hour to help students develop leadership techniques and skills to improve productivity in the workplace. In this course, students will become familiar with different ways of exercising leadership and recognize their own strengths and weaknesses. Students will not only learn what makes a great leader, but also study how a person’s traits and skills can affect their leadership abilities. For anyone who thinks he/she may be a leader, and for all of those who want to be one, this course will give you a practical guide on how to become a powerful and respected leader.
