MGT301 Organizational Behavior

[3–0, 3 cr.]

This course covers the organizations’ social psychology. Its purpose is to provide an understanding of how organizations can be managed more effectively through a comprehensive analysis of individual and group behavior in organizations. Topics include individual personality and perception, motivation, rewarding behavior, stress, diversity management, group dynamics, conflicts, leadership, communication, power and politics, and organizational culture and change.

Prerequisite: MGT201 Introduction to Management
