PHA650AC Solid Organ Transplant

This is a one-month elective Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) that provides Pharm.D. students with the opportunity to contribute to the care of patients requiring solid organ transplant. Students will have the opportunity to integrate into a multidisciplinary transplant service to ensure the provision of appropriate pharmaceutical care for transplant recipients.
