MGT201 Introduction to Management

This introductory course focuses on managers’ functions pertaining to planning, organizing, leading and controlling. In managing the environment, we explore contemporary environment issues related to competition, diversity, and globalization. In the Planning and organizing part, we tackle managers’ use of information and technology for planning and organizing. And in the Leadership and controlling section, we present major models on leadership and look at how managers use information for controlling.
