LAS499H Honors Interdisciplinary Capstone

Honor students will work on an interdisciplinary capstone project that incorporates high-impact experiences that tackle major pillars of sustainability, such as social, economic, and environmental. The project is supervised by a faculty member and incorporates ideas and techniques acquired throughout the program. The project includes an original scholarly or professional contribution, creative art, novel design, technological advancement, or social innovation and will culminate in a scholarly paper and an oral and/or a poster presentation. Typically, honors students register for this class after the completion of 12-15 credits of Honors courses.
