CHM451 Chemical Pharmacology

This course highlights the relation between chemical composition and physiological action by taking into consideration the ADME process. Such an understanding facilitates the reverse engineering of therapeutic agents as part of Drug Design. The course content also covers pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics.
