This course introduces students to the vocabulary of healthcare including concepts such as health and healthcare, different models of healthcare delivery systems, the various healthcare roles in the healthcare delivery landscape, along with basic managerial tools involved in planning, directing, and coordinating nonclinical activities within health care systems, organizations, and networks.
