This course is course designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of governance and leadership within the healthcare industry. The course focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities faced by healthcare leaders in managing complex healthcare organizations and systems. Students will explore topics such as healthcare governance structures, leadership styles and theories, strategic planning, organizational culture, and ethical decision-making. Through case studies, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, students will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead and govern healthcare organizations and drive positive change.
