Minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the Minor in Hospitality & Tourism Management, students should be able to:

  1. demonstrate essential knowledge acquired in the field of hospitality, tourism management, and related disciplines, and
  2. demonstrate essential skills acquired through the use of hospitality technologies/software, materials, and equipment that closely simulate the workplace
