PSY329 Human Sexuality

This course provides a comprehensive overview of human sexuality from a psychological, biological, and sociocultural perspective. Students will explored issues related to sexual health and dysfunction, including assessment and treatment of male and female sexual disorders. Additional topics include the impact of aging, illness, trauma, domestic violence, and sexual abuse on sexual functioning and well-being. This course also emphasizes promoting sexual health, respect for diversity, and evidence-based understanding of sexual behavior and relationships.
