PSY326 Psychological Assessment

[3–0, 3 cr.]

This is an introductory course on psychological assessment. It is designed to familiarize the student with the domains of functioning typically assessed by psychologists, including developmental, neuropsychological, psychoeducational and psychiatric assessments, across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults and elderly). Students will learn to administer tests, basic psychological tests, interpret assessment data, and write psychological reports with recommendation.

Pre-requisite: PSY201 Introduction to Psychology
Co-requisite: ENG102 Academic English II
