This course will focus on understanding the key supply chain foundations and its importance to any company’s success and profitability. Specific topics include: streamlining the production and delivery of products and services across functions, enterprises and global boundaries, designing and managing a network of suppliers, contracting as a supply chain coordination tool, using information systems in a networked enterprise, and planning for and managing uncertainty.
