OPM825 Operations & Supply Chain Management

This course examines the strategic and managerial aspects of operations and supply chain management. It focuses on process design, capacity planning, inventory management, logistics, queuing theory, and supply chain coordination to enhance efficiency and customer value. Through case studies and applied exercises, students develop the analytical and decision-making skills needed to improve operational performance, manage global supply networks, and build resilient and sustainable supply chains aligned with business strategy.
