This internship provides nutrition students with a structured, short-term practical experience in professional settings, including food industries, food service institutions, community nutrition programs, non-governmental organizations, and research laboratories. Conducted over three weeks, the internship introduces students to applied aspects of nutrition, such as food service management, food safety, health promotion, community nutrition interventions, and nutrition research, with the objective of integrating theoretical knowledge into practice.
