MGT438 Leadership Workshop

This workshop enhances students’ leadership awareness and capability in dynamic organizational settings. Students explore leadership styles, inclusive and ethical leadership, team motivation, and the skills required to lead in digital and uncertain environments. Through experiential exercises and reflective tools, students assess their leadership strengths and develop strategies for effective, authentic leadership practice.
