ITM211 Information Systems and AI for Business

This course introduces students to the foundations of information systems and the role of artificial intelligence in contemporary organizations. It examines how data, information, knowledge, and digital technologies support business operations, managerial decision-making, and organizational performance. Topics may include business intelligence, e-commerce, databases, networking, enterprise systems, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and other emerging technologies. The course also explores the managerial, organizational, and strategic issues involved in adopting and managing these technologies in business settings.
