FEMXXX Family Governance, Succession Planning & Sustainability

This course explores the critical role of governance and succession planning in sustaining family businesses across generations. Students will examine frameworks for effective governance, including family councils, boards of directors, and advisory boards, as well as the principles of transparency, accountability, and conflict resolution. The course emphasizes succession planning as a strategic process, addressing leadership development, ownership transfer, and the preservation of family values and legacy.
