COE520 Machine Learning for Embedded Systems

[3–0, 3 cr.]

This course provides an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices involved in deploying machine learning models on resource-constrained embedded systems and microcontrollers for Edge-AI inference. Students will explore the end-to-end pipeline for deploying machine learning models on embedded processor: from data preprocessing and model training to optimization, on-device deployment and benchmarking.

Pre-requisites: COE546 Machine Learning and COE323 Microprocessors.
