This course examines how organizations use robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence to automate, optimize, and improve business processes. It focuses on the identification of automation opportunities, process redesign, and the integration of AI capabilities such as machine learning and natural language processing into automated workflows. Emphasis is placed on business value, governance, and managerial decision-making related to intelligent automation initiatives, without requiring technical or programming expertise.
