BDA215 Responsible & Ethical AI in Organizations

This course examines the ethical, legal, and organizational implications of artificial intelligence adoption in contemporary organizations. It focuses on the responsible design, deployment, and governance of AI systems in business contexts, addressing issues such as algorithmic bias, transparency, data privacy, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Students explore frameworks for ethical decision-making, AI risk management, and corporate governance, as well as emerging national and international guidelines related to responsible AI. Through case studies, policy analysis, and applied scenarios, the course equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate AI initiatives critically and to contribute to the development of responsible, trustworthy, and socially responsible AI practices within organizations.
