This course introduces undergraduate business students to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and its practical applications across key business functions. It focuses on how AI technologies are used to support data-driven decision-making, process improvement, customer insights, and organizational innovation, without requiring prior programming knowledge. Students explore core AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, automation, and generative AI, through business-oriented use cases drawn from operations, marketing, finance, and strategic management. The course also emphasizes the managerial, ethical, and organizational implications of AI adoption, enabling students to critically assess opportunities, risks, and value creation potential. Through hands-on exercises using AI-enabled business tools and real-world examples, students develop the AI literacy needed to effectively participate in and lead AI-enabled business environments.
