ART342 Painting II

[1–4, 3 cr.]

This studio course furthers students’ skills in painting. It looks into a variety of methodologies for understanding subject rendering and space interpretation. Special emphasis is placed in techniques and medium. Based on the analysis of existing artworks, students will create unique compositions around topics relevant to their research.

Prerequisite: ART341 Painting I or Instructor consent
