MKT335 Emotional Intelligence

[3–0, 3 cr.]

The key objective of this course is to learn and apply emotional intelligence.  The students will learn how the EI framework operates, understand the set of mind needed, and how to utilize some EI enhancing tools in order to improve response to critical situations that impact different aspects of their lives. The course emphasizes on the role of Emotional intelligence in Marketing. Students will get to see how Emotional Intelligence will change their lives. The course is based interactive way, seeking discussion from the students. The course work includes interaction with peers, homework exercises/assignments.

Prerequisite: MKT201 Introduction to Marketing
