PFA217 Fundamentals of Music Technology

This course is designed to provide students with instruction in the use of a computer for composing original music. Topics include MIDI sequencing, digital audio processing, and sound synthesis. Students use music hardware and software to complete a variety of projects.

Prerequisite: PFA201 Performing Arts Appreciation
