MCE553 Mobile Robotics

This course investigates the science and engineering of mobile robots. The fundamental challenges for autonomous intelligent systems will be analyzed and the state-of-the-art solutions will be presented. Specifically, the course will cover the following topics: kinematics, dynamics, state estimation and Kalman filters, planning, localization and mapping, and probabilistic reasoning.
