LAS211 Prompting the Future with AI

This course offers a broad introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various academic and professional disciplines, with special attention to recent developments in Generative AI (GenAI) tools. Framed through a liberal arts perspective, the course examines how AI technologies influence creativity, communication, knowledge, and culture. Students will explore core concepts in AI, engage with GenAI tools, and critically analyze their societal and ethical implications. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the evolving relationship between humans and intelligent systems while maintaining academic and professional integrity. No prior technical experience is required.
