ARCH582 Professional Practice II

[3–0, 3 cr.]

This course introduces the business aspects of the design practice, through the exploration of the financial, legal, and managerial components, including contract negotiations, marketing design services, as well as the managing of the client and contractor relationships. Students also explore other professional considerations including time management, budgeting, ethics, and the social/legal responsibility of the design project.
