ARCH331 Design Studio III

[3–6, 6 cr.]

This studio builds upon and extends the theoretical knowledge gained in the foundation studios through a concrete application of conceptual and perceptual analysis to design problems of small and medium scale and the exploration of the limits and means of translating concepts into architectural form.  This studio focuses on the representation of ideas into drawings, specifically stressing the importance of hand drawing and model making as design tools.
